Join us this fall as we celebrate the 20th Hy-Swap!

The HY-Swap Anniversary Celebration will commemorate more than a decade of community impact while raising funds to support future swaps and organizational sustainability. The event will bring together volunteers, families, donors, sponsors, community partners, and local leaders for an evening of celebration, storytelling, and fundraising. The date of the Celebration is TBD, and the Fall Hy-Swap will be October 25th.

La Celebración del Aniversario del HY-Swap conmemorará más de una década de impacto comunitario, al tiempo que recaudará fondos para apoyar futuros intercambios y la sostenibilidad de la organización. El evento reunirá a voluntarios, familias, donantes, patrocinadores, socios comunitarios y líderes locales para disfrutar de una velada de celebración, narración de historias y recaudación de fondos. Próximamente ofreceremos más información. La fecha de la celebración está por determinar, y el Hy-Swap de otoño será el 25 de octubre.
